专科护士处方权的研究现状及建议

摘要: 本文总结了目前国内外专科护士的发展现状、护士处方权的资格认证、内容及实施效果等方面的研究，以期为我国专科护士处方权的制定提供参考依据。建议各医疗机构应以专科护士为依托，赋予专科护士处方权，从而实现慢性病的健康管理、降低医疗成本。
Abstract: This article summarizes the current research on the development status of domestic and foreign specialist nurses, the qualifica-tion certification, content and implementation effects of nurses’ prescription rights, with a view to provide reference for the establishment of the prescription rights of specialist nurses in China. It is suggested that medical institutions should rely on specialized nurses and give prescription rights to specialist nurses so as to realize the health management of chronic diseases and reduce medical costs.
