杭州市居民低碳交通的主观态度与行为分析

摘要: 引导居民交通行为向低碳转化,推动城市交通尽早实现碳达峰,对低碳城市建设具有重要意义。选取杭州市作为调查区,以区域内居民为调查对象进行抽样调查,结果显示:1) 居民出行以日常生活出行为主,普遍关注便利性和出行成本。2) 灵活性和舒适性是居民选择小汽车出行方式的首要原因。3) 网络和宣传是居民了解低碳政策的主要途径,但受到现阶段公共交通设施不完善、环保意识以及低碳出行的舒适性不足等问题影响,低碳意愿难以顺利转化为行为。4) 居民的低碳态度、从众心理、知识技能与其低碳出行意愿直接正向相关。通过总结居民出行行为和私家车使用行为特征情况,深入探究居民低碳出行的认知情况和主观态度,能够为城市低碳交通出行实施以及绿色低碳发展提出相应的对策与建议。
Abstract: Guiding residents’ behavior to low-carbon transformation and promoting urban transportation to achieve carbon peak as early as possible are of great significance to the construction of low-carbon cities. Hangzhou is selected as the survey area, and a sample survey is conducted with residents in the region. The results show that 1) Residents travel mainly for daily life, and are generally concerned about convenience and travel cost. 2) Flexibility and comfort are the primary reasons for residents to choose the small car travel mode. 3) The Internet and publicity are the main ways for residents to learn about low-carbon policies, but it is difficult to smoothly transform low-carbon intentions into behaviors due to the imperfect public transportation facilities, environmental awareness and the lack of comfort of low-carbon travel at this stage. 4) Residents’ low-carbon attitudes, herd mentality, and knowledge skills are directly and positively related to their low- carbon travel intentions. By summarizing the characteristics of residents' travel behavior and private car use behavior, we can deeply investigate the cognitive situation and subjective attitude of residents’ low-carbon travel, and can propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of low-carbon transportation travel and green low-carbon development in cities.
