Influence of Immune and Inflammatory Effects on the Pathogenesis of Coronary Artery Disease
Abstract: Coronary heart disease is a chronic progressive disease with a complex etiology. Immune response and inflammation play an important role in all stages of atherosclerosis, including development, stable plaque, plaque destruction and thrombosis. So, understanding the process of plaque devel-opment plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and its prognosis.
