川渝自贸区与长江上游四省协同发展研究

Study on Synergistic Development of Sichuan-Chongqing Free Trade Zone and the Four Provinces in the Upper Reaches of Yangtze River

摘要: 推动川渝自贸区与长江上游地区协同发展，是中国西部地区高质量发展的一项重要举措。通过考察川渝自贸区与长江上游地区协同发展，研究选取2010~2019年长江上游地区四省的国民经济相关数据，在宏观层面，运用耦合协调度模型对其进行了实证检验，在微观层面，确定了三个一级指标研究长江上游四省各系统之间的联系强度。结果表明：各省份之间的耦合协调度在逐年增加，在2014~2016年间耦合协调度的增加速度达到最大值，随后增速放缓。与此同时，劳动生产率与区域经济联系强度也在逐年增强，在此期间随着各项政策的逐步落实与交通运输系统的完善、信息共享程度的增强，长江上游地区各经济系统实现良性共振、有序发展。为促进长江上游地区协同发展，在此基础上以自贸区为抓手提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract: To promote the coordinated development of Sichuan-Chongqing Free Trade Zone and the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is an important measure for the high-quality development of western China. By investigating the coordinated development of Sichuan-Chongqing Free Trade Zone and the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, this paper selects the national economic data of four provinces in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River from 2010 to 2019, and makes an empirical test by using the coupling coordination model at the macro level. At the micro level, it determines three first-level indicators to study the connection strength between the systems of the four provinces in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. The results show that the coupling coordination degree among provinces increases year by year, and the increase rate of coupling coordination degree reaches the maximum in 2014~2016, and then slows down. At the same time, the intensity of labor productivity and regional economic ties is also increasing year by year. During this period, with the gradual implementation of various policies, the improvement of transportation systems and the enhancement of information sharing, the economic systems in the upper Reaches of the Yangtze River have achieved benign resonance and orderly development. In order to promote the coordinated development of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the free trade area.
