家校共育的价值超脱与困境突破

摘要: 功利价值取向下的家校共育存在着诸多问题,难以适应新时代我国对于人才培养的总体目标。家校共育的应有价值取向是共生。以共生价值取向下家庭和学校其平等的地位是进行共育的基础,共管的管理模式是有效实施的具体表现。在共生的价值取向下家校共育在制度体系、思想挂念、实践操作层面都存在着相应的困境,对于这些困境从加强制度体系的设计、促进观念的更新、完善实践操作等层面分别提出突破策略,实现家校共育最终走向高质量发展。
Abstract: There are many problems in home-school co-education under the utilitarian value orientation, which is difficult to adapt to the overall goal of talent training in the new era. The value orienta-tion of home-school co-education is symbiosis. Under the symbiotic value orientation, the equal status of family and school is the basis for joint education, and the management mode of joint management is the concrete manifestation of effective implementation. Under the symbiotic value orientation, home-school co-education has corresponding dilemmas at the institutional system, ideological thoughts, and practical operation levels. For these dilemmas, breakthrough strategies are proposed from the aspects of strengthening the design of the institutional system, promoting the renewal of ideas, and improving the practical operation, so as to realize the final high-quality development of home-school co-education.
