艾滋病胆囊结石腹腔镜治疗

Laparoscopic Treatment of Cholecystolithiasis with AIDS

摘要: 近年来，艾滋病患者手术需求逐年增多，而手术给患者带来的不确定性等问题以及术中面临职业暴露等风险，给临床医生带来前所未有的挑战。艾滋病主要对人体内CD4 T淋巴细胞进行侵犯，当CD4 T淋巴细胞数量下降、功能存在缺陷时，机体免疫功能迅速下降，增加各种机会性感染的发病率。在对艾滋病患者的治疗中，主要通过检测患者外周血CD4细胞数量、病毒载量、全身营养状态，对治疗效果进行评估。对艾滋病患者实施手术前，需对其不良心理进行干预，使其具有积极乐观的心态。本文现将我院外科从2010年1月~2021年10月对231例艾滋病胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)总结报告。

Abstract: In recent years, the demand of AIDS patients for surgery has increased year by year, and the un-certainty and other problems brought by surgery to patients and the risks of occupational exposure during surgery have brought unprecedented challenges to clinicians. AIDS mainly invades CD4 T lymphocytes in the human body. When the number of CD4 T lymphocytes drops and the function is defective, the immune function of the body drops rapidly, increasing the incidence rate of various opportunistic infections. In the treatment of AIDS patients, the treatment effect is evaluated mainly by detecting the number of CD4 cells in patients’ peripheral blood, viral load, and general nutri-tional status. Before the operation on AIDS patients, it is necessary to intervene their unhealthy psychology to make them have a positive and optimistic attitude. This paper presents a summary report of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) for 231 patients with AIDS cholecystolithiasis in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2021.
