右半结肠癌根治术的现状与进展

摘要: 结肠癌是胃肠道常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势。随着对人口的巨大影响,不断涌现的创新,促进了对这种疾病的发病机制、手术和医疗管理的理解。手术切除仍然是结肠癌治疗中最明确的方法之一,通过使用微创技术来优化这种手术方式,同时国际多临床中心研究已经证实腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的安全性,可行性。本文结合国内外文献对右半结肠癌根治术的现状与进展作一综述。
Abstract: Colon cancer is a common malignancy of gastrointestinal tract, and its incidence is increasing in recent years. With its dramatic impact on the population, innovations are emerging that advance the understanding of the disease’s pathogenesis and its surgical and medical management. Surgical excision remains one of the most definitive approaches to colon cancer treatment, through the use of minimally invasive techniques to optimize the surgical approach, and international multi-clinical center studies have demonstrated the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. The present situation and progress of radical resection of right colon cancer were reviewed in this paper.
