二甲双胍、炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy Study of Metformin Combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets in the Treatment for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

摘要: 目的：分析对多囊卵巢综合征患者通过合用二甲双胍及炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的治疗价值。方法：对照组为炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，观察组加用二甲双胍治疗。结果：治疗总有效率观察组、对照组分别为97.30%、86.49%，P < 0.05；治疗前2组E2、LH、T、FSH水平对比差异较小(P > 0.05)，治疗后E2、LH、T、水平观察组低于对照组，FSH水平观察组高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：对于多囊卵巢综合征患者合用二甲双胍及炔雌醇环丙孕酮片进行治疗可有效调节性激素水平，并可提升治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the therapeutic value of metformin and ethinylestradiol cycloproterone tab-lets in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: The control group was treated with ethi-nylestradiol and cyproterone tablets, and the observation group was treated with metformin. Re-sults: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 97.30% and 86.49% respectively, P < 0.05; Before treatment, the levels of E2, LH, T and FSH in the two groups had little difference (P > 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E2, LH, T and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of FSH in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of metformin and ethinylestradiol cycloproterone tablets can effectively regulate the level of sex hor-mone and improve the treatment effect in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
