营养不良与轻微肝性脑病发生的相关性分析

摘要: 目的:分析轻微肝性脑病的发生与营养不良的相关关系。方法:纳入2021年10月至2022年2月在青岛大学附属医院住院的112例肝硬化患者,收集基本信息和相关检验结果,采用数字连接试验、数字符号试验诊断轻微肝性脑病,采用营养风险筛查量表NRS2002、英国皇家自由医院营养优先工具(The Royal Free Hospital-Nutritional Prioritizing Tool, RFH-NPT)评估患者营养不良风险,对数据进行统计分析。结果:轻微肝性脑病组(n = 54)与无肝性脑病组患者(n = 58)相比,性别、年龄、肝功能分级、BMI、白蛋白差异均有统计学意义(P值分别为:0.030,0.002,0.018,0.022,0.004,均小于0.05),而肝硬化病因、是否因消化道出血入院、营养不良风险、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血钾、血钠、血氯差异无统计学意义(P值分别为:0.273,0.910,0.317/0.391,0.321,0.212,0.092,0.250,0.706,均大于0.05)。结论:营养不良与轻微肝性脑病发生不存在相关性。
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the correlation between minimal hepatic encephalopathy and malnutrition. Method: A total of 112 patients with cirrhosis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Univer-sity from October 2021 to February 2022 were included. Their basic information and laboratory tests were collected. Minimal hepatic encephalopathy was diagnosed using the number connection test (NCT) A, B, and digit symbol test (DST). The nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS2002) and the royal free hospital-nutritional prioritizing tool (RFH-NPT) are used to assess the nutritional risk of patients. The difference was analyzed. Results: Compared with patients with minimal hepatic en-cephalopathy (n = 54) and those without minimal hepatic encephalopathy (n = 58), the difference was significant that was in gender, age, liver function grade, BMI and albumin (P: 0.030, 0.002, 0.018, 0.022, 0.004, all of which were less than 0.05), while there was no statistical significance in etiology, gastrointestinal bleeding, risk of malnutrition, triglyceride, total cholesterol, serum potas-sium, serum sodium and serum chlorine (P: 0.273, 0.910, 0.317/0.391, 0.321, 0.212, 0.092, 0.250, 0.706, all greater than 0.05). Conclusion: There is no correlation between malnutrition and minimal hepatic encephalopathy.
