浅析构建农村订单定向医学生胜任力模型的必要性

On the Necessity of Constructing the Competency Model of Rural Order Oriented Medical Students

摘要: 为了更好地解决基层卫生人才存在的各种问题，给基层医疗卫生机构和偏远地区的卫生院输送一批“下得去、留得住、用得好”的医疗卫生人才，自2010年起国家开始推行“农村订单定向医学生免费培养工作”项目。定向医学生免费培养工作是一类特殊的高等医学教育，担负着为基层医疗卫生机构培养医疗卫生人才的重任。本文先是明确订单定向医学生岗位胜任力概念，说明订单定向医学生岗位胜任力培养的背景，通过分析自政策实施以来订单定向医学生在培养过程中的问题与不足，提出建立针对订单定向医学生胜任力模型的必要性。

Abstract: In order to better solve various problems existing in grass-roots health talents, and provide a batch of medical and health talents who are “able to go, stay, and use well” to grass-roots medical and health institutions and health centers in remote areas, China has launched the project of “free training of rural order oriented medical students” since 2010. The free training of targeted medical students is a special kind of higher medical education, which is responsible for training medical and health talents for grass-roots medical and health institutions. This article first defines the concept of post competency of order oriented medical students, explains the background of post competency training of order oriented medical students, and puts forward the necessity of establishing a competency model for order oriented medical students by analyzing the problems and deficiencies in the training process of order oriented medical students since the implementation of the policy.
