刍议提升海南自贸港高校大学生思政教育效果的途径

On Ways to Improve the Effect of Ideological and Political Education for College Students in Hainan Free Trade Port

摘要: 海南自贸港是由海南岛发展而来，由于海南岛是个旅游型城市，主要是以文旅产业、现代服务业作为支柱性产业，为此对于海南自贸港高校的学生主要是突出服务性的专业理论和技能的学习，从而导致思政教育工作存在着一些不足，例如教师队伍能力有待提升等等问题。本文在分析产生这些问题原因的基础上，有针对性地提出了解决问题的措施。从而希望能够为改善其不足做出自己的一些贡献。

Abstract: Hainan Free Trade Port is developed from Hainan Island. As Hainan Island is a tourist city, it mainly takes cultural tourism industry and modern service industry as its pillar industries. Therefore, for the students of Hainan Free Trade Port colleges and universities, it mainly focuses on the study of professional theories and skills of service, which leads to some deficiencies in ideological and political education, such as the ability of teachers to be improved and so on. Based on the analysis of the causes of these problems, this paper puts forward targeted measures to solve the problems. So I hope to make some contributions to improve its shortcomings.
