血栓弹力图在肺癌围术期应用的研究进展

摘要: 肺癌患者通常伴有凝血功能紊乱,血液呈高凝血状态,从而导致血栓形成等一系列并发症。由于常规凝血功能检测具有一定局限性,目前血栓弹力图在临床的应用越来越广泛,它能全面、快速、准确地反映出血栓形成及降解的过程,更好地监测临床肺癌患者的凝血功能,指导临床抗凝治疗、合理输血及血栓的预防,亦可为评估病情及预后提供可靠的参考价值。
Abstract: Lung cancer patients are usually accompanied by coagulation disorders, blood is hypercoagulable state, resulting in a series of complications such as thrombosis. Due to the limitations of routine co-agulation function detection, thrombelastography has been widely used in clinic. It can comprehen-sively, quickly and accurately reflect the process of thrombosis formation and degradation, better monitor the coagulation function of clinical lung cancer patients, guide clinical anticoagulation therapy, rational blood transfusion and thrombosis prevention, and also provide reliable reference value for the assessment of disease and prognosis.
