中医药院校中医药文化育人现状调查及育人体系构建研究

Research on the Current Situation of TCM Culture Education and the Construction of Education System in TCM Colleges and Universities

摘要: 中医药院校作为中医药人才培养的重要阵地，充分挖掘和发挥中医药文化“仁、和、精、诚”核心价值的育人作用，对推动中医药传承创新发展具有重要意义。本文在开展中医药院校大学生对中医药文化认知度和认同度调查的基础上，研究提出了突出“价值引领、道德修养、行为引导、知行合一、显性文化”的育人思路，并从思想理念、制度与管理、行为规范、实践与评价、环境形象设计等5个层面构建了中医药文化育人体系。

Abstract: As an important position for the cultivation of TCM talents, traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities should fully explore and play the educational role of the core values of “benevo-lence, harmony, precision and sincerity” of TCM culture, which is of great significance to promote the inheritance and innovative development of TCM. Through to the Chinese medicine colleges and universities of Chinese medicine college students’ cultural awareness and perception survey, puts forward the prominent “value guidance, ethics, behavior guide, unity, dominant cultural elements” of the educational ideas, and from the thought idea, system and management, behavior standard, practice and evaluation, environmental image design and so on five aspects to build the culture of Chinese medicine education system.
