基于“治未病”思想探讨针灸对周围性面瘫的防治作用

Discussion on the Preventive and Therapeutic Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Peripheral Paralysis Based on the Idea of “Prevention of Disease”

摘要: 本文通过对祖国医学中“治未病”思想理论渊源和具体内容的阐述，结合对周围性面瘫病因病机和发展进程的阐释。探讨在“治未病”思想的指导下针灸对周围性面瘫的防治作用：即当周围性面瘫未发生时可通过针灸达到预防作用，当周围性面瘫发生时可适时运用针灸促进病情快速恢复及减少后遗症的发生发展。

Abstract: This article expounds the theoretical origin and specific content of the idea of “treating diseases before they occur” in traditional Chinese medicine, and explains the etiology, pathogenesis and development process of peripheral facial paralysis. To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis under the guidance of the idea of “prevention of disease”: that is, when peripheral facial paralysis does not occur, acupuncture and moxibustion can be used to achieve the preventive effect; when peripheral facial paralysis occurs, acupuncture and moxibustion can be timely used to promote the rapid recovery of the disease and reduce the occurrence and development of sequelae.
