精神智力：国外精神性研究的新进展
Spiritual Intelligence: New Progress in the Study of Spirituality in Foreign Research

摘要: 近年来，随着精神性对于社会意义越来越受到人们重视，关于精神性的心理学研究也逐渐增加，在20世纪末，有学者提出将精神性和智力融合在一起，从而诞生了精神智力这一新的概念，人类智力的整体画面变得更加完整清晰。虽然精神智力诞生之初有着许多争议，但是随着学术界对于精神智力理论的关注，从精神智力的定义到精神智力的测量，心理学家进行了有益的探索，精神智力理论得到了完善，也在实践中得到了广泛应用，包括在人格、心理健康、人力资源管理等领域的应用研究。在综合国外相关研究的基础上，根据精神智力的研究历程对精神智力的概念、结构、实证研究进行阐述，最后还探讨了目前研究存在的问题或不足并对今后精神智力的本土化研究提出展望。
Abstract: In recent years, as the significance of spirituality to society has been paid more and more attention, psychological research on spirituality has gradually increased, and at the end of the 20th century, some scholars tried to incorporate spirituality into the framework of intelligence, thus giving birth to a new concept of spiritual intelligence, and the overall picture of human intelligence became more integrity and clear. Although there were many controversies at the beginning of the birth of spiritual intelligence, with the attention of the academic community to the theory of spiritual intelligence, from the definition of mental intelligence to the measurement of spiritual intelligence, psychologists have made useful explorations, and the theory of spiritual intelligence has been improved, and it has also been widely used in practice, including applied research in the fields of personality, mental health, and human resource management. Based on the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper elaborates the concept, structure and empirical research of spiritual intelligence according to the research process of spiritual intelligence, and finally summarizes the problems of the current research in spiritual intelligence and discusses future research directions.
