围绝经期异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜病变的相关因素研究进展

摘要: 异常子宫出血(Abnormal Uterine Bleeding, AUB)是临床妇科常见症状及疾病之一，约30%女性会经历异常子宫出血。围绝经期女性常常会出现异常子宫出血症状是因为其卵巢功能的减退、性激素紊乱，严重者可致子宫内膜病变的发生。当前研究关于AUB患者发生子宫内膜异常病变的相关因素较为复杂，相关因素包括年龄、糖脂代谢、子宫内膜厚度、子宫出血时间、宫内节育器、心理因素等，但目前都未明确定论，本文意在对围绝经期异常子宫出血与子宫内膜病变相关因素的研究现况作一概述，为进一步帮助本病的防治提供新思路。
Abstract: Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) is one of the common symptoms and diseases in clinical gyne-cology. About 30% of women experience abnormal uterine bleeding. Perimenopausal women often appear abnormal uterine bleeding symptoms because of the loss of ovarian function, sex hormone disorders, serious cases can cause endometrial lesions. Current studies on the factors related to ab-normal endometrial lesions in patients with AUB are complicated, including age, glucose and lipid metabolism, endometrial thickness, uterine bleeding time, intrauterine device, psychological fac-tors, etc., but no definite conclusion has been reached at present. This paper aims to summarize the current research status of the factors related to abnormal uterine bleeding and endometrial lesions in perimenopause, to further help the prevention and treatment of this disease to provide a new idea.
