幽门螺旋杆菌感染引起缺铁性贫血1例
One Case of Iron Deficiency Anemia Caused by Helicobacter pylori Infection
摘要: 回顾性分析陕西省人民医院儿童病院2022年3月收治的幽门螺旋杆菌感染引起缺铁性贫血1例。12岁女患儿,因“咽痛1周”来我院就诊,查血常规血红蛋白63 g/l,患儿回顾病史,既往有久坐起立后头晕、眼前发黑等症状2年,1年余前曾因“面神经炎”于当地医院住院期间发现贫血(中度),入院后急查血常规,血红蛋白58 g/L,平均红细胞体积61.9 fL、平均红细胞血红蛋白量14.9 pg、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度242 g/L,立即给予红细胞2 U输注,粪幽门螺旋杆菌抗原阳性,碳13呼气实验阳性,胃镜示鸡皮样胃炎,经查文献幽门螺旋杆菌感染与贫血存在相关性,给予抗幽门螺旋杆菌治疗,并口服“多糖铁复合物胶囊、生血宝、叶酸”等治疗,随诊10月余。
Abstract: A retrospective analysis was performed on one case of iron deficiency anemia caused by Helicobac-ter pylori infection admitted to the Children’s Hospital of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital in March 2022. 12-year-old female child, due to “sore throat for 1 week” came to our hospital, check blood routine hemoglobin 63 g/l, the child reviewed the medical history, the previous symptoms such as dizziness after sitting up for a long time, blackness in front of the eyes for 2 years, more than 1 year ago due to “facial neuritis” during the hospitalization in the local hospital anemia (moderate), after admission, emergency blood routine check, hemoglobin 58 g/L, average red blood cell volume 61.9 fL, average red blood cell hemoglobin content 14.9 pg, average red blood cell hemoglobin con-centration 242 g/L, immediately give red blood cell 2 U infusion, positive for Helicobacter pylori an-tigen, positive carbon 13 breath test, goosebump gastritis by gastroscopy, and after investigation of the literature, Helicobacter pylori infection is correlated to anemia, anti-Helicobacter pylori treat-ment was given, and oral treatment such as “polysaccharide iron complex capsule, raw blood treas-ure, folic acid” was followed, and follow-up was carried out for more than 10 months.
