Abstract: The Leucine-Rich Repeat Receptor-Like Kinase (LRR-RLK) is the largest known transmembrane Receptor-Like Kinase (RLK) in plants, and it is composed of three parts, which are extracellular LRR domain, transmembrane domain and intracellular kinase domain. At the same time, it is widely involved in a variety of plant life activities. In this review, the structure, function and participation in the stress of plant LRR-RLK will be analyzed, which will provide a theoretical basis for further study of LRR-RLK.
