Prospects for the Application of Walkable Spinal Anesthesia Techniques in Surgery for Anorectal Diseases
Abstract: Common anorectal surgeries, such as hemorrhoidectomy and repair of fissures, perianal abscesses, and fistulas, are usually of very short duration. Due to its special anatomical characteristics, rectal surgery requires extremely high anesthesia effect during surgery, and is often accompanied by a series of complications after surgery, which may hinder timely discharge. Due to the high preva-lence of benign rectal diseases such as hemorrhoids or fistulas, and the continuing trend towards outpatient procedures, a safe and effective anesthesia technique is needed to treat these patients. This article will review the application prospects of walkable spinal anesthesia techniques.
