腹腔热灌注化疗治疗胆囊癌临床疗效的Meta分析
Meta-Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Gallbladder Cancer
摘要: 目的：系统评价腹腔热灌注化疗治疗胆囊癌临床疗效。方法：计算机检索Pub Med、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of science、中国知网CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库，根据纳入和排除标准选取文献，进行质量评价后采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入5项临床研究，324例研究对象。HIPEC治疗后一年生存率的RR值为1.95 (95% CI: 1.50~2.53)，总生存期的HR值为0.59 (95% CI: 0.42~0.83)，均有统计学意义。结论：腹腔热灌注化疗对胆囊癌患者临床疗效确切，具有明显生存获益。
Abstract: Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemo-therapy in the treatment of gallbladder cancer. Method: Searching Pub Med, Embase, Cochrane Li-brary, Web of science, CNKI, Wanfang database, and Vip database, selecting documents according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, conducting quality evaluation, and using RevMan5.4 software for meta-analysis. Results: A total of 5 clinical studies and 324 subjects were included. The RR value of the one-year survival rate after HIPEC treatment was 1.95 (95% CI: 1.50~2.53), and the HR value of the total survival period was 0.59 (95% CI: 0.42~0.83), both of which were statistically significant. Conclusion: The hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy has a definite clinical effect on pa-tients with gallbladder cancer and has obvious survival benefits.
