摘要: 随着经济生活的不断发展，如今双职工家庭越来越多，女性在工作的同时也承担着许多家务劳动，如何保障为家庭付出较多义务一方的权利，最有效的途径之一就是在法律上肯定家务劳动的价值，此时，离婚经济补偿制度就显得尤为重要。但是在实务中此制度运用较少，究其原因是法律规定过于模糊，不能很好的满足在具体案件中的运用，我们应该去不断完善该制度，真正发挥该制度的作用。
