摘要: 肾病综合征是由于肾小球基膜通透性增加而出现的以大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症、高度水肿、高脂血症为主要临床表现的疾病，此文从中医角度对肾病综合征的病因病机以及辨证论治进行探讨，中医认为此病的发生是由于肾失开阖、脾失健运、肝失疏泄为主要病机，肾精亏损是本病发生的根本，由于病机不同，辩证论治，医家从健脾、补肾、疏肝等方面进行论治，以期延缓疾病进展，提高生存质量。

Abstract: Nephrotic syndrome is a disease with a large amount of albuminuria, hypoproteinemia, high edema, and hyperlipidemia as the main clinical manifestations due to the increased permeability of the glomerular basement membrane. This article discusses the etiology, pathogenesis, and treatment based on syndrome differentiation from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of this disease is due to the main pathogenesis of kidney failure, spleen failure, and liver failure to dredge, and the loss of kidney essence is the root of this disease, Due to the different pathogenesis, physicians treat the disease dialectically from the aspects of strengthening the spleen, tonifying the kidney, and soothing the liver, in order to delay the progress of the disease and improve the quality of life.
