肿瘤患者¹²⁵I粒子植入前后机体免疫机能的变化

Changes of Immune Function in Tumor Patients before and after ¹²⁵I Seed Implantation

摘要: 目的：探讨放射性125I粒子植入对肿瘤患者术后血常规、生化指标的影响。为临床粒子植入治疗肿瘤提供参考依据，并且提高医护人员、患者及患者家属术前、术中及术后的防护意识。方法：选取2015年1月至2020年12月甘肃省人民医院行恶性肿瘤放射性粒子植入术的患者，回顾性分析患者术后1月的血常规及生化指标的变化。结果：患者¹²⁵I粒子植入术前淋巴细胞计数为(1.08 ± 0.44) × 1⁰⁹/L，术后1月为(0.79 ± 0.42) × 10⁹/L，差异有统计学意义(p < 0.001)。其余血常规指标如：白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板及单核细胞计数等，术前和术后1月前后比较无统计学差异(p > 0.05)。生化检查结果如总蛋白、尿酸、胆红素、转氨酶、总胆汁酸、尿酸及血肌酐等，术前及术后1月复查差异均无统计学意义(p > 0.05)。结论：放射性¹²⁵I粒子植入术后可引起肿瘤患者淋巴细胞计数减低，对其他血常规及生化指标无明显影响。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the influence of radioactive ¹²⁵I seed implantation on blood routine and biochemical indexes of tumor patients after operation. It provides reference for clinical seed im-plantation to treat tumor. And improve the awareness of medical staff, patients and patients’ fami-lies before, during and after surgery. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2020, the patients who underwent radioactive seed implantation for malignant tumors in Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital were selected, and the changes of blood routine and biochemical indexes in the first month after surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The lymphocyte count before ¹²⁵I seed im-plantation was (1.08 ± 0.44) × 10⁹/L, (0.79 ± 0.42) × 10⁹/L 1 month after operation, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.001). Other blood routine indicators, such as white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin, platelet and monocyte count, had no significant difference before and 1 month after surgery (p > 0.05). Biochemical examination results, such as total protein, uric acid, bilirubin, transaminase, total bile acid, uric acid and serum creatinine, had no significant difference before and 1 month after operation (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Radioactive ¹²⁵I seed implan-tation can reduce the lymphocyte count of tumor patients, and has no significant impact on other blood routine and biochemical indicators.
