某三级医院骨科新分配护士临床带教方法实践分析
Practice Analysis of Clinical Teaching Method for Newly Assigned Nurses in Orthopedics Department of a Tertiary Hospital
摘要: 通过对浙江省某三级医院新分配护士进行入科前岗前培训、规范入科规章制度、日常工作流程、沟通技巧能力、业务培训等,使新分配护士更快掌握工作内容,早点适应新的工作环境,早日投入工作状态,从而更好地提高职业素养和为服务患者。
Abstract:
By conducting pre-job training for newly assigned nurses in a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province, and standardizing admission rules and regulations, daily work process, communication skills and abilities, professional training and other contents, the newly assigned nurses can adapt to the new working environment early, get into work early, improve their professionalism and better serve patients.
