基于实习的本科学前教育师范生职业认同状况调查及学校因素探究
Investigation on Professional Identity of Preschool Education Normal College Students Based on Internship and School Factors
摘要: 本科学前教育师范生的职业认同状况关乎到整个幼教事业的发展,而实习对其职业认同状况发挥着不可磨灭的作用。为此,本研究以佛山科学技术学院学前教育大三、大四师范生为研究对象,从职业认知、职业情感态度、职业意志、职业行为倾向四个维度探究本科学前教育师范生职业认同情况并提出提升其职业认同的学校策略。
Abstract:
The professional identity status of undergraduate preschool education normal university students is related to the development of the whole preschool education career, and the internship plays an indelible role in their professional identity status. To this end, this study takes the junior and senior normal university students of Foshan University to explore the professional identity of undergraduate normal university students in preschool education from four dimensions of professional cognition, professional emotion attitude, professional will and professional behavior tendency, and puts forward school strategies to improve their professional identity.
