日本培养“内向型”国际化人才战略——以“国际联合课程”制度为例
Japan’s Strategy for Fostering “Inward-Looking” International Human Resources—The “International Joint Course” System as an Example

摘要: 在国际市场中,各国培养的国际人才正在发挥着巨大作用,其中“内向型”国际化培养人才的方式正在兴起。内向型国际化是指在大学内利用国内的各类国际资源,对不能出国的学生们进行相关国际化人才所需的能力和技能的培训,以取代出国留学的重要培养方式。本文针对日本培养“内向型”国际化人才培养战略——国际联合课程制度,讨论了这一制度的创新之处、存在的问题以及对我国“双一流”高校培养国际化人才的启示。
Abstract: The international talent that countries produce is making a big difference, with an “inward-looking” approach to international training on the rise. Inward internationalisation is an important alternative to studying abroad by using the various international resources available within the university to train students who cannot go abroad in the relevant competencies and skills required for internationalisation. This paper discusses the innovation and problems of the international joint course, which is a strategy for cultivating “inward-looking” international human resources in Japan, and its implications for the cultivation of international talents in China's “double first-class” universities.
