腰椎间盘突出症治疗方式的研究进展

摘要: 腰间盘突出是一个很常见的骨科病症，其发生率较高，但该病的好发人群多为中年。而随着社会发展，该病发生的年龄范围也随之扩大，男性患者显著多于女性。目前，国内外关于腰间盘突出病症的处理方法主要包括两大类，即手术处理和保守治疗。因此，本文将主要概述腰椎间盘突出症，明确诊断关键后，分析两种治疗方式，以期为临床诊治提供更多建议。
Abstract: Lumbar disc herniation is a very common orthopedic disease with a high incidence, but the disease is most likely to occur in middle-aged people. With the development of society, the age range of the disease has also expanded, with male patients significantly more than women. At present, the treatment methods of lumbar disc herniation at home and abroad mainly include two categories, namely surgical treatment and conservative treatment. Therefore, this article will mainly summa-rize the lumbar disc herniation, analyze the two treatment methods after defining the diagnosis key, in order to provide more suggestions for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
