Abstract: Lymphocyte cytoplasmic protein 2 (LCP2, also known as SLP-76) participates in regulating the ac-tivities of various immune cells, plays an important role in the activation of T cells, mediates multi-ple signal transduction processes in the growth and development of T cells, and is a key regulatory factor in the development of various diseases. Among them, SLP-76 may be related to the mecha-nism of activating anti-tumor activity mediated by T cells and play an important role in the occur-rence and metastasis of various malignant tumors. This article summarizes the regulatory mecha-nism of SLP-76 involved in the immune system and its clinical significance in cancer, providing a reference for future research.
