中医疗法在英国主流报刊中的话语构建研究——以“针灸”为例

Study on Discourse Construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy in British Mainstream Newspapers—Taking “Acupuncture” for Example

摘要: 本研究从话语研究的视角出发，以英国主流报刊自1985年起对以针灸为代表的中医疗法的报道为分析对象，运用语料库方法进行话语分析。旨在揭示不同阶段英国主流报刊对针灸话语构建的变迁轨迹。研究发现，英国主流报刊对针灸的介绍由浅入深，通过研究试验，话语的构建也从文化概念转移到医学概念。其中，名人效应和官方背书都对针灸影响力的扩大起到了显著的作用。同时，本研究也提示了针灸在跨国传播中需要面对的挑战，并揭示了中医疗法在英国发展和传播的规律。

Abstract: From the perspective of discourse analysis, this research analyzed reports on traditional Chinese therapy, particularly acupuncture, in British mainstream newspapers since 1985. Utilizing corpus approaches, this research aims to reveal the changes of discourse construction on acupuncture in different stages of these newspapers. The research found that the understanding of acupuncture in these newspapers has evolved over time. Through research experiments, the discourse construction has also shifted from the perspectives of culture to medicine. Additionally, the celebrity effect and official endorsement have played a significant role in expanding the influence of acupuncture. At the same time, this study also highlighted the challenges that acupuncture faces in cross-cultural communication and revealed the patterns of development and dissemination of traditional Chinese therapy in the UK.
