摘要: 近年来,切缘宽度的研究已然成为热点,其中多数专家专注于手术治疗策略中手术因素的影响,也有部分研究开始考虑不同肿瘤生物学因素和切缘宽度对原发肝细胞癌患者的预后影响,其结论尚无统一定论。因此,我们这篇综述着重于切缘宽度在肿瘤因素方面对原发肝细胞癌患者根治性肝切除术后的长期影响。
Abstract: In recent years, the study of surgical margin width has become a hot topic, in which most experts focus on the influence of surgical factors in surgical treatment strategies, while some studies have started to consider the prognostic impact of different tumor biological factors and cutting margin width on patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma, and their conclusions are not yet conclu-sive. Therefore, we focus in this review on the long-term impact of cutting margin width in terms of tumor factors on patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma after radical hepatectomy.
