高校辅导员突发事件处理能力提升策略探究

Research on Strategies to Improve College Counselors’ Emergency Handling Ability

摘要: 在思想文化激荡的当代，各类校园突发事件时有发生，对高校安全和稳定造成了一定的威胁。高校辅导员作为与大学生接触最多、也最能对大学生思想、行为产生影响的群体，在高校学生突发事件的预防和处理上发挥着极其重要的作用。基于此，本文将从高校辅导员视角出发，通过探讨高校辅导员突发事件处理现状及存在的主要问题，切实有效提升高校辅导员突发事件处理能力的策略，以期进一步维护高校安全稳定，为高校辅导员处理突发事件提供一些借鉴与启示。

Abstract: In the contemporary ideological and cultural agitation, all kinds of campus emergencies occur from time to time, which has caused a certain threat to the security and stability of colleges and universities. College counselors, as the group with the most contact with college students and the most influence on college students’ thoughts and behaviors, play an extremely important role in the prevention and treatment of college students’ emergencies. Based on this, this paper will start from the perspective of college counselors, through discussing the current situation and main problems of college counselors’ emergency handling, effectively improve the strategies of college counselors’ emergency handling ability, in order to further maintain the security and stability of colleges and universities and provide some references and enlightenment for college counselors’ emergency handling.
