核心素养背景下初中生英语语言能力的培养策略探析

Exploration and Analysis of the Cultivation Strategies of Junior Middle School Students’ English Language Competence under the Background of English Core Literacy

摘要: 英语是初中阶段学生素质教育的主要学科，而英语学科核心素养是学生核心素养发展在英语学科中的具体表现。它的提出意味着人才教育从“工具性”向“人本性"的转变。语言能力作为英语学科四大核心素养中的“核心”，指的是在情境中借助语言进行理解和表达的能力。本文首先通过阐释英语学科核心素养中语言能力的内涵以及重要性，简要分析了当下初中英语语言能力教学的现状，其次提出了在核心素养背景下能更好地对初中生的语言能力进行培养的合理有效策略。

Abstract: English is the main subject of quality education for junior middle school students, and the core ac-complishment of English subject is the specific performance of the development of students’ core accomplishment in English subject. It means that talent cultivation transforms the concept from “instrumental” to “humanistic”. As the “core” of the four core qualities of English discipline, language competence refers to the ability to understand and express in situations with the help of language. This paper first explains the connotation and importance of language competence in the core literacy of English subjects, briefly analyzes the current situation of junior high school English language competence teaching, and then puts forward reasonable and effective strategies to better cultivate junior high school students’ language competence under the background of core literacy.
