高强度聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘要: 目的:观察探讨高强度聚焦超声在变应性鼻炎疾病的诊疗过程中体现的疗效及优势。方法:根据治疗意愿将175例变应性鼻炎患者分为3组,其中高强度聚焦超声组A组58例,免疫治疗B组65例,药物治疗组C组52例。三组之间两两比较观察对比患者的鼻部症状及临床治疗有效率。结果:随访1年三组患者鼻痒、喷嚏、流清涕、鼻塞各症状评分差异,C组高于A组高于B组(P < 0.05)。随访1年,总有效率B组89.2%高于A组77.6%高于C组55.8% (χ2 = 30.36, P < 0.01)。结论:变应性鼻炎患者分别使用聚焦超声治疗、脱敏治疗及药物治疗疗效均较好;但是高强度聚焦超声治疗相较于脱敏治疗及药物治疗具有便捷、可重复性、生理负担轻等优点和安全性高的优点,三者疗效相辅相成,可在临床工作中结合患者特征将三者灵活搭配运用,为治疗变应性鼻炎提供新思路。
Abstract: Objective: To observe and discuss the efficacy and advantages of high intensity focused ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Method: A total of 175 patients with allergic rhi-nitis were selected and divided into three groups according to their willingness to treat: There were 58 cases in high-intensity focused ultrasound group A, 65 cases in desensitization therapy group B, and 52 cases in drug therapy group C. Result: After 1-year follow-up, the scores of nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion were different among the three groups, and group C was higher than group A than group B (P < 0.05). At 1-year follow-up, the total effective rate of group B was 89.2% higher than that of group A 77.6% and group C 55.8% (χ2 = 30.36, P < 0.01). Conclusion: Focused ultrasound, desensitization and drug therapy are effective in allergic rhinitis patients. However, compared with desensitization therapy and drug therapy, high-intensity focused ultra-sound therapy has the advantages of convenience, repeatability, light physiological burden and high safety. The three therapeutic effects complement each other, and can be flexibly combined with the characteristics of patients in clinical work, providing a new idea for the treatment of aller-gic rhinitis.
