The Application of the Hierarchy of Needs Theory in the Course of Optimization Algorithm

摘要: 为了培养高素质的创新人才，在最优化算法课程中，我们结合需求层次理论组织课程教学活动。我们以学生为中心，考虑学生需求，培养学生综合能力，塑造学生优良品格。基于需求层次理论，我们探讨了教师的作用和教学激励方式。

Abstract: In order to cultivate high-quality innovative talents, we combine the hierarchy of needs theory to organize curriculum teaching activities in the course of optimization algorithm. By taking students as the center, we consider the needs of students, cultivate students’ comprehensive ability and shape students’ good character. Based on the hierarchy of needs theory, we discuss the role of teachers and teaching incentives.
