海南高校学生寄生虫病知晓情况与卫生行为调查
Investigation on Awareness of Parasitic Dis-eases and Hygienic Behavior among College Students in Hainan
摘要: 目的:调查海南省高校大学生寄生虫病知晓情况及卫生行为现状,为当地高校开展寄生虫相关选修课的必要性及大学生健康教育策略提供参考依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,以海南高校大学生为调查对象,采用发放问卷的形式了解253名高校大学生的寄生虫病知晓情况及卫生行为。结果:海南高校大学生寄生虫知识知晓率为38.34%;不同专业(医学与非医学)与不同年级大学生寄生虫病知识知晓差异有统计学意义;而性别、居住地、生源地与寄生虫病知识知晓差异无统计学意义;在食用三文鱼等生冷水产品、田螺和钉螺等螺类事件中,其与生源地间差异有统计学意义,而在生食蔬菜瓜果、饭前便后注意手卫生、饮用未煮沸的水等事件中,其与生源地间差异无统计学意义。结论:海南高校大学生寄生虫知识知晓率较低,生活卫生习惯多与生源地有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the awareness of parasitic diseases and the status quo of hygienic behav-iors of college students in Hainan Province, and to provide reference for the necessity of carrying out parasite-related elective courses and health education strategies for college students in local col-leges and universities. Methods: Using the method of cluster random sampling, taking Hainan col-lege students as the survey objects, the awareness of parasitic diseases and hygienic behaviors of 253 college students in colleges and universities were obtained by issuing questionnaires. Results: The awareness rate of parasite knowledge among college students in Hainan was 38.34%; there was a statistically significant difference in knowledge about parasitic diseases among college students in different majors (medical and non-medical) and different grades; and knowledge about gender, place of residence, place of origin and knowledge of parasitic diseases were significantly different. The difference was not statistically significant; in the case of eating raw and cold water products such as salmon and snails, there was a statistically significant difference with the source of origin, while eating raw fresh vegetables, washing hands before and after meals, and drinking uncooked. In events such as water, there was no statistically significant difference between it and the habitat. Conclusion: The awareness rate of parasite knowledge among college students in Hainan is low, and the living and hygiene habits are mostly related to the place of origin of the students.
