上海某工业地块重金属砷污染土壤淋洗修复工程实例
Project Case of Leaching and Remediation of Heavy Metal Arsenic Contaminated Soil in an Industrial Plot in Shanghai
摘要: 介绍了上海某工业地块砷污染土壤异位化学淋洗修复工程。通过前期调查资料确定场地污染现状、修复目标、修复范围及修复工程量。通过修复技术比选确定适合本项目的修复工艺及技术路线。通过中试试验确定修复药剂种类及添加比例。修复施工阶段主要步骤为污染土壤清挖、转运、筛分预处理、淋洗修复、养护验收。对修复后的养护土堆、基坑、废水进行采样,所有土壤混合样品、废水样品检测结果均满足相应修复目标值。确保了本工业地块的安全开发再利用,也能够为其他类似污染场地修复提供案例支撑。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the remediation project of arsenic contaminated soil in an industrial plot in Shanghai. Determine the site pollution status, remediation objectives, remediation scope and re-mediation quantities based on the preliminary survey data. Determine the repair process and technical route suitable for the project through comparison and selection of repair technologies. The type and adding proportion of remediation agent are determined through pilot test. The main steps in the remediation construction stage are the removal and transfer of contaminated soil, screening pretreatment, leaching and repair, and maintenance and acceptance. The repaired soil pile, foundation pit and waste water shall be tested, and the test results of all soil mixed samples and waste water samples shall meet the corresponding remediation target value. It ensures the safe development and reuse of this industrial plot and can also provide case support for the remediation of other similar contaminated sites.
