摘要: 近年来，原发性膜性肾病患病率逐步升高，而现代医学治疗本病疗效不一，且副反应多，在临床上合理地运用中医药理论指导原发性膜性肾病的治疗往往取得较好的优势。本文从《金匮要略》水气病探讨其与原发性膜性肾病的证治，旨在为原发性膜性肾病的临床治疗提供更多的方法和思路。
Abstract: In recent years, the prevalence of idiopathic membranous nephropathy has gradually increased, and the modern medical treatment of this disease has different effects, and many side reactions. However, the reasonable clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine theory to guide the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy often obtains good advantages. This paper discusses the treatment of hydration disease and idiopathic membranous nephropathy, aiming to provide more methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.
