国内组织韧性主题的知识图谱研究——基于文献计量的可视化分析

Knowledge Graph Research on the Theme of Organizational Resilience in China—Visual Analysis Based on Bibliometrics

摘要: VUCA情境下组织韧性的塑造成为企业抵御外在危机的一条战略途径。运用COOC和VOSviewer可视化计量软件对我国组织韧性主题研究现状、热点、演化趋势及前沿进行分析。结果显示，近三年来国内组织韧性的研究呈现迅速增长的趋势，期刊、研究机构和作者的发文量稍少，但有很大的研究空间；组织韧性、新冠肺炎疫情、韧性城市、韧性社区和环境不确定性是研究热点；国内组织韧性研究领域每阶段的关键词、机构、作者都有相应的演化趋势；职业韧性的研究关注时间最长，数字化转型、重大工程项目、社会组织、中小制造企业、老旧社区和韧性治理等主题是最近倍加关注的领域。

Abstract: The shaping of organizational resilience in the context of VUCA has become a strategic way for enterprises to resist external crises. The status quo, hotspots, evolution trends and frontiers of the research on organizational resilience in China are analyzed by using COOC and VOSviewer visual measurement software. The results show that the research on organizational resilience in China has shown a rapid growth trend in the past three years. The number of papers published by journals, research institutions and authors is slightly small, but there is a large research space; Organizational resilience, the COVID-19, resilient cities, resilient communities, and environmental uncertainty are research hotspots; The keywords, institutions and authors at each stage in the domestic research field of organizational resilience have corresponding evolutionary trends; The research on occupational resilience has been focused on for the longest time, and the topics of digital transformation, major engineering projects, social organizations, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, old communities and resilience governance are the areas that have been paid more attention recently.
