本科护生灵性健康现状调查及影响因素分析
Investigation and Analysis of Influenc-ing Factors on Spiritual Health Status of Undergraduate Nursing Students
摘要: 目的:目的是了解我国本科护理学生的灵性健康水平状况,并综合分析研究其主要影响的因素,为高等医学院制定改善我国本科护生灵性和健康教育现状水平问题的有效措施等提供一些参考辅助。方法:便利选取长沙医学院492名本科护理学生为研究对象,采用灵性健康量表对其进行调查,分析本科护生灵性健康的影响因素。结果:本科护生灵性健康的总分为125.586 ± 17.591。多元性回归分析结果显示,与同学的关系、娱乐活动、自信程度、专业兴趣、对自身就业前景展望总分进入回归方程(P < 0.05),可解释本科护生灵性健康总变异的72.2%。结论:本科护生的灵性健康水平处于中等水平。基于影响学生健康的因素,本科护生的人际交往情况、专业态度、专业前景之间存在差异,高等医学院应该针对本科护生各种情况之间的差异,实施针对性干预,从而提高本科护生灵性健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective: The objective is to understand the spiritual health level of under-graduate nursing students in China, and comprehensively analyze the main influencing factors, so as to provide some references for medical colleges to formulate effective measures to improve the spiritual and health education status of undergraduate nursing students in China. Methods: It is convenient to select 492 undergraduate nursing students from Changsha Medical College as the re-search objects, and use the spiritual health scale to investigate them, and analyze the influencing factors of undergraduate nursing health. Results: The total score of spiritual health of undergradu-ate nursing students was 125.586 ± 17.591. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the family harmony, the relationship with classmates, the degree of confidence, the professional in-terest, and the total score of their employment prospects entered the regression equation (P < 0.05), which could explain 72.2% of the total variation of spiritual health of undergraduate nursing students. Conclusion: The spiritual health level of undergraduate nursing students is at the medium level. Based on the influencing factors that affect the health of students, there are differences in in-terpersonal communication, professional attitude and professional prospect among undergraduate nursing students. Medical colleges should carry out targeted interventions to improve undergradu-ate nursing health based on the differences among undergraduate nursing students.
