农村中老年群体养老保险参与的影响因素探析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Endowment Insurance Participation of Middle-Aged and Elderly Groups in Rural Areas

摘要: 为加强农村地区的农民养老保险保障，一方面是提高农户养老保险的参保率，另一方面也需要提高农户的参保档次。因此，此篇文章运用了层析分析法对农村中老年群体养老保险参与的影响因素进行了探析。结果表明，中间层的个体层面的因素是影响农村中老年群体养老保险参与的主要因素，家庭层面是次要因素，社会层面的因素影响程度最小。在方案层中，年龄、养老观念、家庭收入水平、文化程度、子女数量和邻里效应是影响权重前六位因素。最后，在结果分析的基础上提出促进农村中老年群体养老保险参与的对策建议。

Abstract: In order to strengthen the guarantee of farmers’ endowment insurance in rural areas, on the one hand, it is necessary to improve the participation rate of farmers’ endowment insurance, and on the other hand, it is also necessary to improve the participation level of farmers. Therefore, this paper uses AHP to analyze the influencing factors of rural middle-aged and elderly group endowment insurance participation. The results show that the individual level factors in the middle layer are the main factors affecting the participation of the rural middle-aged and elderly groups, while the family level factors are the secondary factors, and the social level factors are the least affected. In the program level, age, pension concept, family income level, education level, number of children and neighborhood effect are the top six factors influencing the weight. Finally, on the basis of result analysis, the suggestions to promote the endowment insurance participation of middle-aged and elderly group in rural are put forward.
