Innovative Practical Ability Training Path for Vocational College Students Based on Skill Competition

摘要: 高职院校是培养应用技能型人才的主要教育阵地，同时，创新实践能力也是应用型人才的必备素质。技能竞赛能够很好地锻炼学生的专业技能，激发学生的创新意识。基于此，本文深入分析了基于技能竞赛的高职大学生创新实践能力培养路径，并提出了基于技能竞赛，开展学生创新意识强化，配套保障体系完善、创新实践活动等学生创新能力培养路径，实现了对高职学生创新能力培养的探讨，希望能够为高职教学工作水平优化提供助力。

Abstract: Vocational colleges are the main educational base for cultivating applied skilled talents. At the same time, innovative practical ability is also a necessary quality for applied talents. Skill competitions can effectively exercise students’ professional skills and stimulate their innovation awareness. Based on this, this article deeply analyzes the path of cultivating innovative practical abilities of vocational college students based on skill competitions, and proposes paths for cultivating students’ innovative abilities such as strengthening students’ innovative awareness, improving supporting guarantee systems, and conducting innovative practical activities based on skill competitions. It explores the cultivation of innovative abilities of vocational college students and hopes to provide assistance for optimizing the teaching level of vocational colleges.
