高中学生精细化自主管理研究
Research on Fine Self-Management of Senior High School Students
摘要: 高中阶段是人格塑造和习惯养成的关键时期,在这一阶段进行学生精细化自主管理符合高中学生身心发展成熟的需要,是当前实施素质教育和学校落实人本主义管理的需要,是管理高中学生的有效途径和未来趋势。本文旨在通过研究高中学生精细化自主管理模式,提出要坚持“以人为本、全员参与”原则,构建“三层三线三级”管理,完善“全面覆盖、扼要可行”制度的途径,深入推进全面育人体系的改革发展。
Abstract:
The high school stage is the key period of personality shaping and habit forming. In this stage, students’ fine self-management conforms to the needs of high school students’ physical and mental development, is the current implementation of quality education and school implementation of humanistic management, is an effective way to manage high school students and the future trend. This paper aims to further promote the reform and development of the comprehensive education system by studying the fine self-management mode of high school students, proposing to adhere to the principle of “people-oriented, full participation”, constructing the management of “three levels, three lines and three grades”, perfecting the system of “comprehensive coverage, concise and feasible”.
