Exploration of the OBE Talent Cultivation Model in the Practical Course of “Foreign Trade Documentation” in Private Universities

摘要: 本文以《外贸跟单》实践课程为例，探讨了新商科背景下民办高校经济类应用型人才OBE培养模式。本文首先分析了OBE教育模式的基本概念和特点，探讨了OBE模式在应用型人才培养中的重要性。其次，本文介绍了《外贸跟单》实践课程的教学内容、教学方法和评估方式，并且分析了该课程对学生实践能力和综合素质的提升效果。最后，本文总结了OBE教育模式在应用型人才培养中的优势和局限性，并提出了进一步完善OBE教育模式的建议。

Abstract: This article explored the OBE talent cultivation model for applied economic personnel in private universities under the background of new business disciplines, using the practical course of “foreign trade documentation” practice as an example. Firstly, the basic concept and characteristics of the OBE education model were analyzed, and the importance of the OBE model in the cultivation of applied talents was discussed. Secondly, the teaching content, teaching methods, and evaluation methods of the practical course of “foreign trade documentation” practice were introduced, and the effect of this course on students’ practical abilities and comprehensive qualities was analyzed. Finally, the advantages and limitations of the OBE education model in the cultivation of applied talents were summarized, and suggestions for further improving the OBE education model were proposed.
