远程医疗研究：从理念到实践探索——基于CiteSpace的信息可视化分析

Telemedicine Research: From Concept to Practice—Information Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 近年来，随着大数据医疗产业的发展、政府的支持以及互联网技术的升级，远程医疗作为一种重要的新型医疗服务形式不断优化，可以有效解决偏远地区患者就医的问题。为了探究远程医疗研究现状、热点与趋势，本文选取2009~2022年远程医疗的文献，借助CiteSpace软件进行信息可视化分析。结果：共纳入远程医疗研究的文献689篇。远程医疗研究领域作者与研究机构的发文量较多，但是从整体上看，作者与研究机构网络密度较低，合作不够紧密。远程医疗、互联网+、远程会诊、移动医疗、影响因素、医联体、大数据、健康扶贫、使用意愿是学者在远程医疗研究领域关注的热点话题。结论：大数据赋能远程医疗使其实现了从理念到实际应用的落地，远程医疗已进入快速发展的黄金时期。我国远程医疗在技术层面已基本打通，还未打通的是公众的认知，为此，国家需要解决的是对远程医疗的扶持、医疗机构的互动与合作、老百姓的认知与普及等问题，以期促进远程医疗的健康可持续发展。

Abstract: In recent years, with the development of the big data medical industry, the support of the government and the upgrading of Internet technology, telemedicine, as an important new form of medical service, has been continuously optimized, which can effectively solve the problem of patients in remote areas seeking medical treatment. In order to explore the status quo, hot spots and trends of telemedicine research, this paper selects the literature of telemedicine from 2009 to 2022 and analyzes the information visualization with CiteSpace software. Results: A total of 689 literatures on telemedicine were included. In the field of telemedicine research, authors and research institutions have published a large number of articles, but on the whole, the network density between authors and research institutions is low and the cooperation is not close enough. Telemedicine, Internet+, tele-consultation, mobile health care, influencing factors, med-ical association, big data, health poverty alleviation, use intention are hot topics that scholars pay attention to in the field of telemedicine research. Conclusion: Big data enabled telemedicine has realized its landing from concept to practical application, and telemedicine has entered a golden period of rapid development. Chinese telemedicine has basically got through in the tech-nical level, but what has not got through is the public’s cognition. Therefore, the country needs to solve the problems of support for telemedicine, interaction and cooperation of medical institutions, and common people’s cognition and popularization, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of telemedicine.
