新公共服务理论视角下的校内课后延时服务现状与策略研究
Research on the Current Situation and Strategies of After-School Delay Service from the Perspective of New Public Service Theory
摘要: 为减轻中小学生的学业负担,缓解家庭教育的压力,教育部门颁布了“双减”政策。校内的课后延时服务也朝着个性化素质教育转型。目前,我国各地各级学校大多在校内开展了课后延时服务并取得了一定的成绩。本文基于新公共服务理论视角,以“双减”政策为研究背景,分析目前课后延时服务的现状,并提出了相应的策略建议;首先,应当增加财政补贴,提供经费支持。其次,完善规章制度,健全管理机制。最后,强化过程管理,提高课后延时服务质量。
Abstract:
To reduce the academic burden of primary and secondary school students and relieve the pressure of family education, the education department issued the Double Reduction policy. The after-school delay service in the school is also transforming towards personalized quality education. Most schools in China have carried out after-school delay services and achieved specific results. Based on the perspective of the new public service theory and the Double Reduction policy as the research background, it analyzes the current situation of after-school delay services, and puts forward cor-responding strategic suggestions. Firstly, increase financial subsidies and provide financial support. Secondly, improve the regulations and management mechanism. Finally, strengthen the process management and improve the quality of after-school delay service.
