急性胃肠炎呕吐患者胃复安穴位注射护理的效果

Effect of Acupoint Injection Nursing of Metoclopramide in Patients with Acute Gastroenteritis and Vomiting

摘要: 目的：探究急性胃肠炎呕吐患者胃复安穴位注射护理的临床效果。方法：2021年8月到2022年10月，采用简单随机抽样的方式选择90例在我院急诊就诊的90例急性胃肠炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法将患者分为了研究组与对照组，每组各45名患者。研究组患者采用胃复安10 mg进行肌肉注射，对照组患者采用胃复安10 mg选择足三里进行穴位注射，共注射1次。通过比较两组患者的呕吐、腹痛症状评分及临床疗效等得出结论。结果：在本次研究中，通过对急性胃肠炎呕吐患者应用胃复安进行穴位注射显著降低了患者的呕吐与疼痛评分(P < 0.01)，同时也有效提高了急性胃肠炎患者的临床疗效(P < 0.01)。结论：与传统的肌肉注射相比，通过对急性胃肠炎呕吐患者应用胃复安进行穴位注射可显著改善患者呕吐与腹痛症状，显著提高患者临床疗效。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection nursing of metoclopramide in patients with acute gastroenteritis and vomiting. Methods: From August 2021 to October 2022, 90 cases of acute gastroenteritis pa-tients treated in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as research objects by simple random sampling. The patients were divided into a study group and a control group by ran-dom number table method, with 45 patients in each group. The study group received an intramus-cular injection of metoclopramide 10 mg by intramuscular, and the control group received an acu-point injection of metoclopramide 10 mg by Zusanli, once in total. By comparing the vomiting, ab-dominal pain symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups, the conclusion was drawn. Re-sults: In this study, acupoint injection of metoclopramide in patients with acute gastroenteritis sig-nificantly reduced the vomiting and pain scores of patients (P < 0.01), and also effectively improved the clinical efficacy of patients with acute gastroenteritis (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Compared with tra-ditional intramuscular injection, acupoint injection of metoclopramide in patients with acute gas-troenteritis can significantly improve the symptoms of vomiting and abdominal pain, and signifi-cantly improve the clinical efficacy.
