浅析疫情后的大学生心理健康状况
Brief Analysis of the Mental Health Status of College Students after the Epidemic

摘要: 受新冠疫情的影响,大学生普遍存在一定的心理转变。为了解疫情后的大学生心理健康状况,帮助其更好适应社会发展与成长过程中可能出现的问题,研究采用自编网络问卷以及相关的访谈提纲,统计得到2679份网络有效问卷和访谈结果,回收率为71.25%,包括个人信息、疫情期间的经历和感受以及疫情结束后的适应情况和心理健康。最后探究出大学生可能存在的心理负担并作出相应的对策,从学校、学生自身等方面探索有效措施进行心理的健康管理。
Abstract: After the influence of COVID-19, there is a certain psychological change among college students. To understand college students’ mental health, help them better adapt to the possible problems in the process of social development and growth, research using the network questionnaire and related interview outline, statistics get 2679 network questionnaire and interview results, the recovery rate of 71.25%, including personal information, experience and feelings during the outbreak after the outbreak and mental health. Finally, the paper explores the possible psychological burden of college students and makes corresponding countermeasures, and explores effective measures to manage the psychological health from the aspects of the school and the students themselves.
