创新法律研究课程模式的教学实践

摘要: 法律研究是培养学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题能力的重要路径,学生进行专业研究和毕业后参与司法实务工作都需要其具备较强的法律研究能力。文章提出,现有法学人才培养计划忽视对低年级学生法律研究技能的培养,导致学生研究能力低、缺乏主动研究的意识等问题。因此,应当进行教学改革,创新法律研究的课程模式,将法律研究课程调整至低年级,开设专门课程,作为必修课程进行学习。教学实践是一个系统性工程,应当涵盖课前调研、课前准备、课程设置、课程开展及实务操作等多个方面,以期达到最佳的教学效果。
Abstract: Legal research is an important way to cultivate students’ ability to discover, analyze and solve problems. Students need to have strong legal research ability to conduct professional research and participate in judicial practice after graduation. The article points out that the existing legal talent training plan ignores the importance of legal research and neglects the cultivation of legal research skills of junior students, which leads to problems such as low research ability of students and lack of awareness of active research. Therefore, teaching reform should be carried out, the curriculum model of legal research should be innovated, legal research courses should be adjusted to lower grades, and special courses should be opened as compulsory courses. Teaching practice is a systematic project, which should cover many aspects such as pre-class research, pre-class preparation, curriculum setting, course development and practical operation, so as to achieve the best teaching effect.
