急性髓系白血病合并皮肤脂膜炎文献回顾
Literature Review of Acute Myeloid Leukemia Complicated with Cutaneous Panniculitis

摘要: 脂膜炎是原发于脂肪层的炎症，包括一组疾病，临床皮损表现为皮下结节或斑块。脂膜炎病因复杂，在PubMed、Web of Science和CNKI中检索有组织病理证实伴随皮肤脂膜炎表现的急性髓系白血病病例，通过病例分析，认为急性髓系白血病的皮肤脂膜炎表现与病情发展相关，提高皮肤科临床医师对脂膜炎患者血液系统异常的敏感性，注意对于缺乏病因诊断的脂膜炎患者的随访监测。
Abstract: Cutaneous panniculitis originates in the fatty layer and includes a group of diseases in which clinical lesions manifest as subcutaneous nodules or plaques. The etiology of panniculitis is complex. By an-alysing cases searching in PubMed, Web of Science, and CNKI, cutaneous panniculitis can be a pre-senting sign of acute myeloid leukemia. The case study suggests that the manifestation of cutaneous panniculitis in acute myeloid leukemia correlates with the progression of the disease, increasing the sensitivity of dermatology clinicians to hematologic abnormalities in patients and paying atten-tion to the follow-up monitoring of patients who lack an etiologic diagnosis.
