网络文学著作权保护的实践与完善

Practice and Improvement of Online Literary Copyright Protection

摘要: 随着互联网技术的不断发展，人们的阅读习惯也发生了改变，从传统的阅读方式转化为“无纸化阅读”。网络文学作品出现在大众的视野中，以其便捷性、兼容性以及快速传播性的特点受到了广大青年的追捧。作为一种新兴的作品类型，具有巨大的经济效益，近年来网络文学著作权侵权案件逐年增多，网络文学作品的保护刻不容缓。本文主要从网络文学著作权侵权行为入手，分析我国目前网络文学著作权保护司法实践中存在的一些问题，以期对我国网络文学著作权的保护提出一些完善建议。

Abstract: With the continuous development of Internet technology, people’s reading habits have also changed, from the traditional way of reading to paperless reading gradually. In turn, online literature has emerged in the public’s view, and its advantages of convenience, openness, compatibility and rapid dissemination have been sought after by the majority of young people. As a new type of work, online literature has huge economic benefits, which leads to the increase of infringement cases year by year, and the protection of online literary works cannot be delayed. This paper mainly starts from the copyright infringement of network literature, and analyzes some problems existing in the judicial practice of copyright protection of network literature in China at present , in order to put forward some perfect suggestions for the protection of copyright of network literature in China.
